The Privacy Policy will describe what LogSmarter collects, how it is stored and retained, and what rights you have over it — covering account and company data, order history, and the structural drawings uploaded for an AI Estimate.
It is not published yet, so nothing on this page is the document. Until it is, the terms that govern an order are the ones stated in writing on your order confirmation and in any agreement signed between LogSmarter and your company. Ask before you order and we will send you the current terms.

- The three data categories: account and company records, order history, and uploaded structural drawings.
- How uploaded drawings are processed, how long they are kept, and who can reach them.
- Processors and subprocessors used to run the platform.
- Your rights under California law, and how to exercise them.
- How a change to this policy is announced.
