The Terms of Sale will govern how an order placed through LogSmarter is formed, priced, paid for, and delivered — including the status of an AI Estimate, which is non-binding and not for construction, permit, or procurement use.
It is not published yet, so nothing on this page is the document. Until it is, the terms that govern an order are the ones stated in writing on your order confirmation and in any agreement signed between LogSmarter and your company. Ask before you order and we will send you the current terms.

- Order formation, pricing, and payment terms — including wire and credit-line accounts.
- Delivery, lead times, and what a confirmed production slot commits us to.
- The status of an AI Estimate and of an engineer-reviewed Certified Quote.
- Returns, cancellations, and custom-cut material.
- Limitation of liability and governing law.
